Dr. Kao is an assistant professor of marketing analytics at the University. Before HU, he received his PhD degree in REMS from Oklahoma State University. His current research area of emphasis is artificial intelligence and marketing/ IT service and E-commerce/digital marketing. Specifically on service robots, digital shopping, and mobile usage.
