Rob Budzinski is a professional services leader in one of the top enterprise human resource startup companies focused on performance management technologies in medium and large enterprises. He is a veteran in the enterprise cloud services industry with over 20 years of experience focusing on making both mid-market and large enterprise customers successful achieving their business outcomes through professional services. He has over 25 years’ experience working with ERP and reporting systems from both a technical and functional standpoint.
Rob Budzinski was one of the first 90 employees at SuccessFactors in 2005. He helped lead the professional services organization through tremendous growth including an IPO in 2007. He remained with the company through its acquisition by SAP in 2012 and remained a senior leader in the organization before joining SuccessFactor’s largest partner, Aasonn. At Aasonn, he managed teams based in the US, Canada and the United Kingdom. He and his teams were responsible for managing the largest services organization which made up over 70% of the revenue for the company. Rob Budzinski is passionate about making companies successful and helping them execute on their business strategies by using OKR and Performance Mangement technologies. He will be teaching MEBA 472 Decision Support Systems and Business Intelligence
