Paul’s diverse career spans over 25 years working both locally in the Harrisburg Region and abroad in Europe. Mr. Roos is a well-respected executive, a community minded leader, and a master relationship builder. His seasoned technology background has allowed him the opportunity to serve in a variety of high visibility roles where his strategic planning, tactical execution, and operational management have delivered measurable results with various Business, Academia and Government organizations. He is Associate Vice President of Workforce Development for Harrisburg University and also serves as the Chair of the Board for the Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania.
