Pamela Wiedeman Corporate Faculty (ADMA)

Pam Wiedeman is passionate about the process of learning and in facilitating that process for others. As an educator, Pam has designed and delivered programs for over 20 years on a variety of subjects including business writing, communications, problem solving and decision-making, performance management, and team development.

In her programs, she looks for specific ways to connect with learners to help them capitalize on their individual talents, skills, and knowledge. During her career, Pam has sought out diverse roles. As a consultant, she created critical business processes for clients who were deploying a learning management system.

Currently, Pam tutors high school students in critical reading and writing areas and sees consistent increases to their college entrance exam scores. In addition, she partners with a local organization to manage their HR-related needs for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance management.

On a personal note, Pam is an avid reader and is always hunting for the next best book to discuss with others. She also enjoys knitting and walking on the trails near her home. She can be found doing both, though not at the same time, as she listens to an audiobook.

Teaching and Research Interests:

As an instructor in the Online Bachelor Degree Program, Pam Wiedeman is interested in conducting research that supports the learning outcomes of her courses such as strengths-based development and team development.
