Jason Minick, Commercial Photographer, and owner of Minick Photography, LLC & partner at Aerial Content Group, LLC. His career in corporate, commercial and documentary photography and video production has spanned more than 27 years. Early on, he was a freelancer, staffer, and chief photographer at two daily papers.
In 2006, Jason took the passion and style he developed as a photojournalist and created his own successful commercial photography and video production business – Minick Photography, LLC – which thrives today. Jason collaborates with clients to create key photography and video on many long-term advertising and public relations campaigns, in addition to creating the day-to-day content.
ACG services include 3D modeling/visualization, large aerial photo mosaics, thermal imaging, traditional commercial aerial photography and video, and a host of other drone services. The goal at Minick Photography, LLC and Aerial Content Group, LLC continues to be capturing compelling images and content, maintaining a streamlined workflow, building a collaborative team environment and forming long-term partnerships with our clients.
Teaching and Research Interests:
Fall of 2018 was the first year for Jason’s teaching endeavor in higher education. He currently co-teaches with HU GIS professor (and ACG business partner) Albert Sarvis. Given his extensive background in the field, and running a business, Jason hopes to bring that real-world experience to his students as a corporate faculty member. Professor Sarvis has played a huge role in allowing him to take on this new capacity. Jason is also learning the ropes of higher education as he challenges his students to grow.
Bachelor of Science in Television Production with a minor in Communications, Kutztown, PA USA.
