Dr. Faith Bradley has exceptional knowledge of Public Policy and data science designed and deliver master level course in Machine learning algorithm analysis and Data Mining for the George Washington University. She worked as a Subject Matter Expert for the General Assembly where she designed a course that focuses on adult learning and training in the topic of Data Science and Analytics.
Dr. Bradley is a consultant at the U.S. Department of State (DoS) in a project conducting wide area assessment. She completed the Data Analytics program at Georgetown University, Washington, DC. Dr. Bradley completed research falls into government agencies implementing Big data and public policy in three areas: The Impact of Resources; Ideology and personal preference; and Administrator Precedent on the Implementation new public policies.
She looked at the impact of resources for government agencies in implementing programs related to big data, researchers have noted that a government’s overall levels of available resources and its jurisdiction’s level of economic development can play a role in both public policy adoption and policy implementation (Dye 1966; Barrilleaux et al. 1992).
