Professor Andrew J. Hacker is the Cybersecurity Expert In Residence at Harrisburg University and Founder/CEO of The Thought Network Blockchain.

The Thought Network Blockchain unlocks the knowledge potential of the world’s data by creating an insight layer on the Internet enabling better management the world’s data with a global data defined processing and artificial intelligence network. Mr. Hacker is the former Deputy Chief Information Security Officer for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where for 6 years, he supported the Enterprise Information Security Office in managing information security, guiding State Agency CISOs and Executives, interacting with State and Federal partners, and protecting citizen data and government systems and operations. He played a major role in creating enterprise security strategies, standards and policies, enhancing overall application security, and was responsible for risk management and compliance across the commonwealth.
