The 11th Annual Mark Brezler Memorial Golf Classic will be held on Friday, July 30, 2010 at the Sportsman’s Golf Course in Harrisburg. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Mark Brezler Scholarship Fund at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology.
Jul 30, 2010 - AIGA Central PA Event: Why We Brand, Why We Buy
Hear Debbie Millman, the National AIGA President, speak about how branding connects with our most hard-wired, basic instincts and what it takes for modern brands to stand out in a crowded marketplace at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology. The AIGA Central PA event is scheduled for August 5, 2010, at the University. Why We Brand, Why We Buy promises to be an entertaining sociological, scientific and anthropological overview of why we buy and brand things. The event begins at 7:00 pm with light refreshments and networking at 6:00 pm. The event is free for AIGA members. It is $25 for non-members and $10 for student non-members of AIGA.
