Advising and Preregistration Period - Monday, November 8th through Friday, November 23rd

It is time to select your courses for the Semester II (Spring), 2010-2011.  All of the University’s currently enrolled students will be using our web interface to preregister on-line from your laptops via MyHU (https://myhu.harrisburgu.edu.).  Additionally, there will be an Information Session on Monday, November 8th at 6:00 p.m., Auditorium, 14th floor.  HU's faculty will summarize their academic programs; a competition will be held with prizes to be awarded.  There will be a demonstration of the MyHU Preregistration software and you may remain for the Monday Night Football social event to follow.

Below are some important points to help you through this process.

Student Classification                                First Day to Preregister

Graduate Students & Seniors                    Monday, November 8^th

Juniors                                                       Tuesday, November 9^th

Sophomores                                              Wednesday, November 10^th

Freshmen                                                   Thursday, November 11^th

• The Schedule of Classes for Semester II (Spring), 2010-2011 has been posted on the Academics tab of MyHU and Moodle.
  
• See your faculty advisor about questions regarding appropriate course selections.
  
• The directions to complete the on-line preregistration process are attached to this message and are also posted on MyHU for your reference.
  
• Access MyHU using your Moodle ID and password.

Instructions for Advisors

1. Log onto MyHU home page – https://myhu.harrisburgu.edu.
2. Select the "Academics" tab in the top of the center section of the screen. All registration materials (course schedule and directions for students) will be available there.
