Making a Helpdesk request

The Harrisburg University's Helpdesk serves as a centralized source of information and service for the computer and network resources managed by the Office of Information Technology (OIT). You may contact the Helpdesk with questions about email, internet usage, account setup, Moodle, wireless connectivity, and much more.

The Helpdesk often receives questions that are outside of our purview. Before you contact the OIT Helpdesk, please read and consider the following:

Admission Questions:

  • For questions and requests regarding admission to Harrisburg University, including admissions packets, you will need to contact the admissions office at (717) 901-5101 or email at Admissions@HarrisburgU.edu.

Financial Aid Questions:

  • For information or questions regarding financial aid, including scholarships, you will need to contact the financial aid office at (717) 901-5101 option #2 or email at financialaid@HarrisburgU.edu.

Academic Department Questions:

  • If you have questions or would like information about a specific academic department, such as the Information Science or Biotechnology department, you can find a complete listing online at: http://www.HarrisburgU.edu/academics/.

To create a helpdesk ticket which may be tracked online, send an email to HelpDesk@HarrisburgU.edu with a brief description of your problem.

You may also contact us by phone at (717) 901-5177, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 6:30 pm. Please be prepared to answer some questions and follow some troubleshooting instructions.
