The Project Leadership Forum will be held at Harrisburg University, located in downtown Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. As the State Capitol, Harrisburg offers convenient transportation services, ample hotel options and an active night life featuring Restaurant Row. Consider extending your stay in the Capitol Region when you’re attending the forum and enjoy a variety of local attractions including amusement parks, museums and historical tours.

Harrisburg is within a four hour drive from many major cities on the east cost, including New York (3 hours), Philadelphia (2.5 hours), Pittsburgh (3.5 hours), Washington, D.C (3 hours) and Baltimore (1.5 hours). For those traveling from a further distance, the Harrisburg International Airport is just a 20 minute drive from the University and provides easy in-out access for air travel throughout the U.S. and Canada. Additionally, within one block of the University is the Amtrak train station, enabling convenient travel, particularly for those arriving from the Pittsburgh, Philadelphia or New York areas.

Directions

The forum will be held in the University’s Academic Center located at 326 Market Street. There are entrances along Market Street and Fourth Street.

From York, Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
Take I-83 North to Harrisburg. Take the 2nd Street exit. Follow 2nd Street to Market. Turn right on Market to 326 Market Street.

From Lancaster
Take PA 283 West to I-283 North. From I-283 North exit left to I-83 South. Take the 2nd Street exit. Follow 2nd Street to Market Street. Turn right on Market to 326 Market Street.

From Northern Pennsylvania
Take I- 81 South to I-83 South to Harrisburg. Take the 2nd Street Exit. Follow 2nd Street to Market Street. Turn right on Market to 326 Market.

From Eastern or Western Pennsylvania
Take PA Turnpike to Harrisburg Exit 247. Take I-283 North to I-83 South. Take the 2nd Street exit. Follow 2nd Street to Market. Turn right on Market.

Parking
Parking is available for a daily rate inside the Harrisburg Parking Authority operated lot within the Academic Center. The garage entrance is located on Fourth Street. To access the garage, follow Market Street to Fourth Street, make a left onto Fourth Street. The entrance to the garage is on the left. Please use the free-standing elevator kiosk to call the elevator for the first floor. Once inside the University, you’ll be greeted by an attendant and directed to the appropriate destination for your visit. If you need assistance, please contact the University Reception Desk at 717.901.5160 or the Security Desk at 717.901.5180.

Please utilize the Harrisburg Parking Authority daily rate machines located in the main lobby of Harrisburg University. The University does not validate for parking in the garage.

A very limited number of parking spaces are available for vehicles with a height above 7 feet, 2 inches (SUVs, trucks with racks, and vehicle lift kits) and is restricted to deck P-3.

Guests to the Project Leadership forum will receive a special group rate of $129/night at the Harrisburg Hilton when they make reservations before April 30. Reserve your room as part of the Harrisburg University-Project Leadership reservation block using the SRP code: ‘PLF.’

Located within a short indoor walk through Strawberry Square to the forum location at Harrisburg University, the Hilton is a popular choice for business travelers to Harrisburg.

Hotel check in time on Wednesday is 4:00 pm. Check out time on Friday is 11:00 am, and luggage can be held at the front desk for your convenience. Valet parking is available at the hotel entrance at One North Second Street.
