“You manage things; you lead people.”

Rear Admiral Grace Murray Hopper

“As a leader, you're probably not doing a good job unless your employees can do a good impression of you when you're not around.”

— Patrick Lencioni

Leaders aren’t born, they’re made!

Project Leadership Workshop by The Creating WE Institute

All project managers have a plan. Successful project leaders go beyond the plan. They build a vision by defining and communicating the foundation of every project to create a framework for success.

Project Leadership is comprised of three primary skill sets – Strategy, People, and Climate. These are the Critical Success Factors for driving results with others. Like a three-legged stool, the absence of any one of these weakens a leader’s ability to empower their teams to achieve success for their organizations.

In this highly interactive 2-hour workshop, and through hands-on exercises that emphasize participation and practical application, participants will delve into the components for success embedded in each success factor:

  • Strategy:  thinking strategically, inspiring a vision
  • People: communicating, leading change, building trusting relationships
  • Climate: influencing & innovating
