The Project Leadership Forum will focus on how to increase projects' ROI by using leadership best practices to influence results and reduce failure rates. What makes the Project Leadership Forum unique?
The forum will examine best practices and lessons learned from accomplished project managers through interactive sessions and actual project case studies.
